Woven fabric. We have a complete in-house setup of Sulzer looms (P7100 model) in both narrow & wider widths and also an affiliation with Airjet loom units with a capacity of over 9.5 million square metres per annum based on 60 picks.
Today our company has a much broader front. Our portfolio includes the full range of Home textile made-ups (Bedding, Kitchen & table linen) also for seasonal, promotional customers, and Institutional textiles (Hotel & Hospital linen) with various woven constructions, processing and finishing.
We have an affiliation with top processing mills for continuous Dyeing Bleaching & Printing (Rotary, Flat bed & digital printing) in pigment & reactive/disperse both. Different variety & type of finishes are offered to our customers according to their end use and requirements, like normal standard finishing , Chintz , resin, Scotch guard, Teflon , Flame retardant, wrinkle free, Anti-bacterial, Surgical, Crepe (seersucker), Anti static, Anti soiling , Antifungus, Silicon, brushing finishes and different types of washing treatments like enzymes, Caustic & garment washes, all with Azo-free chemicals in Oeko-tex standards and some additional mechanical/chemical processes like Mercerizing & Sanforizing etc. to make products more customize & eco-friendly for promoting green living.
