We have an experience of producing a wide variety of fabrics in order
to stay ahead of our competition. By having this flexibility we are
able to satisfy our customer needs by adding value to their business.
Therefore we are constantly improving our processes and upgrading our
weaving setup to move in accordance with the emerging trends in the
marketplace.
Below we have mentioned some features of our products which depicts
a more technical view of our product range:
- GSM uptil 330 (Density of the fabric)
- Weave pattern from 1/1 to 5/1
- English number system (Ne) count range from 7/s to 50/s (Density
of the yarn from coarser to fine)
- Threads/sq inch from 60 to 350
- Width from 30 inches to 147 inches (76 cm to 375 cms)
- Fabrics with different blend ratios like (52:48,65:35,70:30 etc)
by using different types of yarn/fibers as polyster, cotton, Viscose
etc.
- Fabrics made of 100% cotton and polyster are also manufactured
- Folded and plied yarns could also be used
- Ring spun carded and combed staple yarns could also be used
- Yarn dyed to produce different pattern of fabrics like Chambray,
Tartan etc
- Dpi or Parallel weft insertion is also possible to produce high
density percale fabrics

These are some of the constructions we have weaved, and many other could
be produced as per our customer preference and requirements.
We could also further process greige fabrics by outsourcing to one of
the most well known and latest processing mills in order to provide Bleached,
Printed and Dyed fabrics for our customers.
For the woven garment customers we can produce fabrics used in Apparel
like Broad twills, Steep twills, Flattened twills, Herringbone, Waved
twills, Chambray, Oxford, Glen check etc.
